As a Montessori Guide, you will:
Facilitate Individual Growth
Present thoughtfully chosen materials and guide each child as they progress at their own pace, encouraging exploration, discovery, and a true love of learning.
Empower Self-Directed Learning
Observe and support children’s natural interests, allowing them the freedom to follow their curiosity within a carefully prepared environment, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning.
Build a Caring Community
Foster a supportive classroom where children learn to collaborate, resolve conflicts peacefully, and respect one another. You’ll create a safe, inclusive space that values each child’s contributions to the community.
Model Montessori Values
